I’m Leslie Gilmour, if you want to know some more about me you can read some info on my personal blog at Life in Ireland. I started writing on the internet about walking - my oldest and still my most treasured site is the Camino de Santiago, which is a pilgrimage walk across the north of Spain. I then moved on to writing more walking sites as I love walking. Now I am writing about recipes because I love cooking and I love food.
